Not sure if WPI's Six Sigma Process Improvement Certificate Program is the right model for continuous process improvement at your organization? Consider attending WPI's half-day Executive Overview. This overview has been designed to provide executives and senior managers with a valuable opportunity to learn about WPI's unique approach to implementing a successful Six Sigma Process Program that focuses on three key elements of transformation:
- Examining your organization from a systems perspective
- Applying statistical methods
- Demonstrating leadership to provide a healthy environment for work, learning and continuous improvement
Executives and managers will learn what their roles and responsibilities are as the drivers and supporters of a company-wide Six Sigma initiative.
