Enroll in WPI's Project Management Certificate Program
If you already know how difficult and crucial project management is - meeting deadlines, staying within increasingly tighter budgets, doing more with less - then consider enrolling in WPI's Project Management Certificate Program. In this very practical program you will learn specific tools and techniques to become a more efficient, successful manager of people and projects and help your organization succeed by bringing your new products and services to market in the most effective, efficient and timely manner possible.
WPI's Project Management Workshops are consistent with the principles and techniques outlined in the Project Management Institute's Body of Knowledge (PMBOK).
WPI's Project Management curriculum addresses all of the nine knowledge areas and five process groups necessary for PMP Certification.
