In today's dynamically changing business environment, the focus for project managers is the planning and forecasting of resource requirements across multiple projects in addition to the management of project deadlines and schedules. Microsoft Office Project offers its users the capability to dynamically plan, track and communicate project status and variance analysis to all project stakeholders.

This two-day hands-on program builds on the knowledge and skills of WPI's Fundamentals of Project Management seminar. The program integrates fundamental project management techniques with the new features and capabilities of Microsoft Office Project. Who Should Attend

Professionals who have recently completed a project management workshop and have prior experience working in a Windows environment. Enrollment is limited to 16.

Note: Attendees need to bring a laptop computer to this seminar. You will receive a copy of the text Microsoft Office Project 2003 Step by Step or Microsoft Office Project 2007 Step by Step by Chatfield and Johnson.
