Certificate Program
WPI's Certificate Program in Lean Enterprise includes workshops that cover the principal topics of lean manufacturing as well as electives from WPI's programs in quality improvement, project management, leadership and management development, and geometric dimensioning and tolerancing. You'll choose from a wide range of options, selecting programs that specifically meet your training needs. Our experienced staff is available to help you plan your certificate program to meet your learning objectives.
Requirements for the Program
To earn your WPI Certificate in Lean Enterprise, complete a total of five seminars from Groups A and B below within three years.
Group A - Core Seminars
