Corporate Stakeholder Management Workshop (New/Corporate)

Program Description

Stakeholders can be the greatest asset or the greatest challenge for a project leader. They can open doors, provide resources and act as a sounding board for the project team. Sometimes, however, they will add new requirements, require the development of additional reports and meetings, delay the project and redirect the team.

This interactive one-day workshop addresses the role of the stakeholder within a project and how good project leadership can successfully manage the relationship. This workshop features case study and team discussion exercises. NOTE: This program is available only on a customized corporate basis.

Prerequisite: Attendees must have completed a fundamental project management course or its equivalent.
