WPI Corporate and Professional Education is partnering with industry professionals to deliver an educational program that promotes cross-functionality among professionals within the medical device industry. This program will give participants the opportunity to work with industry experts from several key areas of the business. Relevant case studies will be included to demonstrate the benefit and necessity of cross-functionality.

- Choose five (5) workshops to earn the WPI Medical Device Emerging Leader Certificate
- Select one of the following tracks that align with your professional needs
- Individual workshop topics are noted under each track
- Note that you can customize a track if you prefer
Program Tracks
Following is a list of program tracks that are available, along with the corresponding workshop topics. You can customize a track by selecting five workshops of interest. After the completion of any five workshops you will earn your certificate as noted above.
Instructors
WPI has partnered with numerous subject matter experts that have many years of industry experience. Each instructor has designed the workshops to include current trends and crucial information that is required to become a leader in the medical device field. Instructors are currently working at companies such as Cytyc Corporation, Boston Scientific and HydroCision. See individual workshop descriptions for detailed instructor information.

Medical device industry associates looking to advance their careers and increase their growth opportunities. This program is ideal for professionals familiar with the industry and who are looking to take their careers to the next level. Please check out our introductory Medical Device Management Certificate Program if you are new to this industry.
Schedule and Fees
Workshops will be held monthly, with exact dates to be announced shortly. Participate each month that your selected workshop is offered.
Time: 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
Fee: $795 per workshop *
Location: Best Western, 380 Winter St., Waltham, MA
* Subsequent registrations from the same company is $715 per person
