This new one-day workshop focuses on improving the design, preparation, presentation, proficiency and consistency of the delivery of internal training.
You will learn about the characteristics of adult learners, different learning styles, and keeping participants focused. The program will also cover how different types of training affect presentations and how to develop a successful, interactive learning environment.
This fast-paced workshop offers participants the opportunity to practice the technique of giving and receiving feedback. At the end of this workshop, you will be able to design, develop and present clear, organized training presentations and assess the effectiveness of your training.
