Program Description

Innovation is the new mantra for successful business sustainability and growth. Today's business and financial periodicals focus on the need for innovation to remain competitive. The rapid development of the global community and economy makes it more important than ever for organizations to distinguish themselves through innovation.

This intensive two-day workshop addresses the nine key concepts of everyday creativity. Cultural, perceptual and emotional values which affect innovation will be reviewed. You will learn about the norms that support and discourage innovation. Attendees will be exposed to various tactics that can be used to help manage the change that comes with a culture of creativity and innovation. The many resources and tools for personal and professional creativity will be introduced. The concepts of "sustaining" and "disruptive" technologies as written in Christensen's Innovators Dilemma will be addressed.

You Will Learn About

Who Should Attend

Executives, managers, team members, formal and informal leaders charged with leading an organization forward and maintaining the long and short-term success of their organization. This program is most valuable when a team from your organization attends together.
