How To Deal Effectively With Conflict
Program Description
In this one-day workshop, you will learn about the negative and positive aspects of conflict. You will examine the consequences of ignoring or maintaining entrenched and conflicting points of view and the positive outcomes of clarifying and resolving differing perspectives.
You will evaluate your own conflict style and expand your repertoire of responses. And, by the end of the session you will have a solid understanding of the necessary steps to most effectively resolve conflict. Through several workshops and assessments, you will learn the how to improve and expand your conflict resolution skills.
