Becoming An Effective Leader
Program Description
In the WPI Leadership Workshop you will examine the leadership skills needed for organizations to prosper and grow. The primary focus of this workshop will be on your personal leadership skills as defined by self-assessment and action planning. During the workshop you will have opportunities to practice and critique your leadership skills through the use of experiential activities. In order to ensure the link back to the workplace, you will develop your personal action plan for becoming a more effective leader.
