Program Description
Change is the one constant in business and industry today. Managers are continuously faced with adapting to changes in their work environment as well as leading their organization's effort in encouraging others to adapt to and accept change.
In this intensive workshop you will examine your individual assumptions and responses to change. When do you have trouble letting go? What is necessary for you to embrace new possibilities, to lead the way in looking for new opportunities? We will target the most effective ways to help others make transitions and respond positively to the challenges of change. Finally, we will identify communication strategies to introduce and sustain change efforts; and we will assess their applicability to your organization or work unit.
In this interactive program you will explore the topic of change management through a combination of hands-on learning activities; a review of successful strategies, models and designs; and identification/ clarification of past experience and success. At the end of this workshop you will have a new set of skills and strategies to help you manage change in your organization.
