This program is designed especially for senior managers who have been targeted to assume significant managerial responsibilities. You will acquire the skills needed for managerial success such as strategy formulation, negotiation, conflict resolution, decision-making, implementing change and managing culture. The WPI Executive Leadership Program shortens the learning curve for new leaders by developing the skills needed to achieve excellence as a cross-functional executive.

You will have the opportunity to experiment with new approaches and to discuss your own professional challenges with your colleagues and faculty facilitators. Our program demonstrates how to maximize people and resources, develop a broader understanding of integration across functions, and make accurate projections to enhance your organization's effectiveness and profitability.

This program can be delivered at your corporate site in the New England area, at our Worcester campus, or through blended learning which incorporates distance learning options.
