Linking Private Sector Training Needs with Public Sector Training Funds

OVER $19 MILLION IN TRAINING FUNDS AVAILABLE IN 2008 TO ELIGIBLE MASSACHUSETTS ORGANIZATIONS!

WPI Corporate & Professional Education is hosting a FREE information session for Massachusetts companies to learn more about the Commonwealth's programs to help employees prepare their workers for the future. Mr. Michael Corcoran, Supervisor of Operations at the Workforce Training Fund Program will present an information-packed session to help you determine which Workforce Training Fund Grant(s) may be right for your company.

The session will focus on the new guidelines and deadlines for the General Grant. A brief discussion of the Express Grant and the Hiring Incentive Grant will be included. Information about the Commonwealth Corporation’s Applicant Assistant Program will be presented as well. A comprehensive packet of information will be distributed – including a proven seven-step application process and time line. Special features of this workshop include an interactive question and answer session and networking opportunities.
